Ethnically Inclusive Research - Our Commitments
In the wake of last year’s re-ignited Black Lives Matter movement, we at Community Research decided that we need to play a more active role in promoting and creating racially inclusive research and insight.
While this has always been an unwritten part of our approach, we committed then to develop some explicit commitments for making our research more racially and ethnically inclusive and here they are (just click on the image opposite). They have been developed following many conversations with colleagues, clients (including via our Consumer Engagement Forum with regulators on ethnically inclusive research), and representatives of CORe (the organisation set up to champion diversity in the research industry).
They are a ‘starter for ten’, and we hope that people will help us develop them further. We welcome your thoughts – please get in touch!
