We offer research, engagement and consultation services. Whilst there is some cross over between these three, and similar techniques may be applied, we recognise and understand the difference.
Is about creating understanding. Research allows our clients to gain insight into the needs, perceptions and behaviours of the communities they serve.
Is about creating dialogue. Engagement work is about talking and listening; allowing communities to set the agenda sometimes and ask clients questions, as well as answering them.
Is about gaining input from communities into decisions. Community consultation is vital when things are changing and decisions need community buy-in.
As well as delivering these approaches ourselves, we also offer consultancy support, advice and training to allow our clients to do some or all of the work themselves, with our input.
